Yatra.com — chaos(negligience) done by Yatra employee for my booking[protected]' Tashkent 4N‏ )‏

I would like to pointed out the following chaos done by Yatra, resulting loss of INR 53, 000 to me and additionally too much mental stress. 1. I have book the Tashkent tour dated 24th Febrauary 2015 for the date 14th April 2015 - 18th April 2015, and accordingly initial amount (INR 30, 600- Reciept no [protected]) was paid to Yatra. 2. As I am staying in Vadodara and the package was from ex-Delhi, so in co-ordination with Mr Amit Mahajan I have done my own domestic flight booking (Vadodara - Delhi - Vadodara) for coming to Delhi and back to vadodara for the tour package. 3. After that I was continuously in touch with Mr Amit Mahajan for my booking, on 11th March 2015, I received an email from yatra that my booking has been transferred to Ms Sheeba Birla and now she will be in touch with me for further details 4. Then there was continuously email communication for sending the passport (passport received by Yatra on 26th March 2015) and photograph (there was so many emails from Yatra to me for asking the photograph without mentioning the size of photograph whether soft copy or hard copy to be send, everytime I had called yatra and then they were giving information on phone which consume lot of my time on phone as well as money for phone call) with yatra and accordingly everything was send by end of March as instructed by Mr Sheeba. Everytime I was asking will there be any problem in getting the visa or not and I was getting the reply that don't worry sir Yatra has already send so many tourist to Tashkent without any problem. 5. On 30th March complete payment was done from my side (INR 93, 300 - Reciept still waiting from Yatra) as instructed by Yatra. Some service tax amount was balance (INR 1866 ), as I have done my payment with credit card which I have paid later in beginning of April 2015. 6. On 10th April 2015, I received an email from Yatra saying that full payment for the tour package received and the flight tickets, package details and the passport will be delivered to me at the Delhi airport prior to the departure to Tashkent. 7. I was very much worried about the point no 6 and I was continuously contacting Ms Sheeba Birla for handing over the complete package details to me on 10th April 2015 itself, as 11th & 12th April was Saturday and sunday and I was supposed to leave to Delhi on 13th April 2015. Ms Sheeba Birla then promised me to deliver everything on 12th April 2015 via email which was acceptable to me. 8. Then I was waiting on 12th April 2015 full day, nothing has reached to me. I even tried to call Yatra and everytime I get a message Ms Sheeba Birla is on off and she will revert on Monday (i.e 13th April 2015). Nothing was happened on 12th April 2015 9. Then I was waiting on 13th April 2015 since morning, no phone call or email received from Yatra till 12.30 PM ( I was continuously trying to reach Ms Sheeba Birla but no response) and at 12.30 PM I receive a phone call from Ms Sheeba Birla saying that your son visa got rejected and you need to either reschedule the date or cancel the package. 10. Point no 9 was really a shock to me, even though I was continuously following up with Ms Sheeba for my package details and she was taking so lightly and at the end I am facing this difficulty. 11. As we already made up our mind for going to vacation and at the last moment (because of negligience of Yatra employee) visa rejection I was completely shocked. Ms Sheeba Birla was giving me advice that me and my wife can travel and my son should stay back in India. ( stupid idea and ridiculous advice). Finally I told her to reschedule the package to some other destination where visa on arrival is possible. As the rescheduling of Tashkent package from my side was not at all possible due to other engagements (as well as my domestic ticket to Delhi was already booked ) 12. Finally, I gave her conclusion to book for Bangkok trip but then again shocked she told me I have pay additionally INR 30, 000 due to cancellation Tashkent trip. She was mentioning to me Yatra had bear 50% cancellation charges and I have to bear remaining 50% cancellation charges. I do not understand how this cancellation charges calculated, she informed me that she will provide the full details of cancellation charges but till now nothing has received. I was expecting cancellation charges invoices to reach to me. 13. After paying additional INR 30000 she confirmed to me that my Bangkok trip is booked 14. But because of negligience of yatra employee, I was severly under tension on 13th April 2015 and additionally loss of money (INR 53000) to me which was completely ruined my vacation budget. The financial loss amount (INR 53000) may be very small to Yatra but very big amount to me With this email I request Yatra to kindly re-imburse me the financial loss (INR 53000) due to Yatra employee negligience or provide some alternative for re-imbursing this cost. Your prompt reply appreciated.
