[Resolved] Yatra.com — Did not get back refund | |||
This is my reference ID or my train booking of delhi to patna. Such bog companies do not even have a customer care no. It only has a no. to book or check the status of your booking. I got a message that the refund will be in a span of 7 working days and it's now freaking 14 days since I got the refund reference no. And what more that the reference no. does not even work. These big name companies are thugging hard earned money from us. We trust such companies for they won't let there customers down and this is the result. Was this information helpful? | |||
