[Resolved] Yatra.com — Fake hotel booking | |||||
Hi I have made one booking via Yatra for one of Hotel in Neemrana for 25th Dec, (booking reference no: [protected]) Yatra provided me Hotel confirmation on the same day 16th Nov I just checked with Hotel for reservation and to my surprise there is no room available for that duration but still Yatra confirmed me booking and they did not bother to update me that my hotel has not been confirmed. I am worried what if i wouldn't had contacted hotel for reservation confirmation and what if i had reached hotel for my vacation. Thanks! Gaurav Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is not the answer i am expecting, imagine what if i had not called to hotel for booking confirmation and i would have straight away gone for check in ?? Yatra people did not find important to update customer, they are sitting just taking money from customer, not bother about anything...
