[Resolved] Yatra.com — Faulty booking - no refund and no options | |||
I was trying to book hotel from yatra.com on 25th Jan 12 AM. I have chosen chekin date for 25th Jan 2014 for booking Godwin hotel in Goa. i have filled the form and credit card details and was waiting for something meanwhile the yatra.com booking page got refreshed and the booking dates automatically changed to 2-Feb-2014. I haven't noticed this change and accidentally i have filled credit card details again and pressed submit button. When i saw booking confirmation page i noticed there is fault in booking dates and i immediately contacted yatra customer care within 5 mins ( 25/01/2014 at 12.05 AM) and when i explain them problem they they said (very rudely ) they do not have any option to revert the transaction nor the transfer of booking. My only question if you don't have option to cancel booking which is because of your websites faulty refresh setting ( I can prove this in front of anyone) then What is the use of your website ? for booking where there is full cancellation charges applied which is faulty booking Can you please revert the transaction for the following booking which is waste of money ... ? it is future dated booking of 2nd Feb .. please dont use this portal for any ticket booking...my rating to Yatraa is -5
