[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Financial Impact to consumer due to lack of information and poor quality of Services

Yatra! one of the leading holiday brand in India delivers poor quality services just contrary to its goodwill.. The service quality is really is pathetic and it takes customer's last breath for guaranteed travel on the planned day despite of giving all advances, information's and multiple follow ups. Once you give them advances they assumes that you will follow up with them to ensure that you get all the holiday documents before your holiday flight take off. To worsen further, they neither believe sharing complete information nor bothered about its consequences of proving no information to its clients. Once deal is finalize they would want to gain as much as possible from the customer from cancellation/ rescheduling. Yes! I am privy to all above, I had booked holiday package of 22 members with Yatra from Delhi- Singapore-Delhi with cruise.. The deal was decently sized to get the quality services.. However, this booking with Yatra became a nightmare for me and my family due to its poor quality in Flight/ Land and Cruise packages In addition to all the inconveniences strived, we could not bear it further, when one of our group member could not travel from Singapore- Delhi because of 'No Show' clause. They never informed us about the " NO SHOW" clause nor its written in their package document.. As a result of which he could not travel with the remaining 21 person's and he had to board another flight as prices difference in the same flight was huge. This is despite o[censored]pdating all the re-scheduling program, discussing alternatives options with Yatra on the travel start date for Delhi- Singapore.. . As a result he has to take another day flight which too hit us financially and was higher then our initial booking with Yatra... I am not sure, if Yatra is of habit of assuming things that customer would know everything or they are not concerned about customer experiences or inconveniences or not keen on providing reasonable services .. I have informed everything to Yatra representative and they promised to revert within one week, however, despite of my follow up and mails. they have not reverted to me so far.. I need your help to claiming back additional cost which i have incurred due to Yatra's negligence and carelessness
