[Resolved] Yatra.com — Flight got canceled due to Covid 19 - Yatra.com is not responding about my money or tickets | |||||
I booked the Air India Flight in Feb 2020 for May 03rd from Delhi to Bangalore and due to Covid 19 flight got cancelled. Then I asked for my money back, Yatra.com said money is revered with my PNR, whenever I need ticket I would get it. Now, I need to the tickets so I have sent couple of email and created service request number. But no one is taking care of it now. My Money is block with them since Feb 2020. Neither I am getting my tickets nor my money back with interest. Since they are using my Money. Pathetic situation when there is no Contact Number Available to talk to them, only email where no one care about their customers.
Very Poor Service... kind of mantel torture for the customers !!!
