Yatra.com — Forced to Cancel Ticket and booked new one | |||
Very Bad Experience with yatra. As i have booked my ticket on 30th August 2014 and by mistake i have written incorrect name. Instantly i have sent mail to yatra for the correction of name. And wait till next day but there is no response from their end. Then i have called to yatra, and ask to correct my name, but they refused by giving an excuse that if you called us yesterday i will be able to do correction but now i am unable and now you need to cancel the ticket. Why yatra have not considered my mail that i have sent just after booking my ticket. Yatra executives giving me silly excuses that we are getting alot of mails daily how can i check every mail. But when i mailed yatra to cancel and book another ticket, i get instant call and reply. Finally i have cancelled my ticket and booked new one and bear a loss of 6142 rs approx. Definitely i will raise this issue to consumer court, as i have proofs of mail which i have sent to yatra just after booking my ticket.
