I had done Hotel booking on 9th Dec'14 at Hotel Central Excellency, Surat for 1 day, ie. from 9th Dec'14 to 10th Dec'14. Booking Reference No. was [protected]. While booking, it was indicated that free Complimentary breakfast is provided in the plan. However to my dismay, I realised that the Hotel do not provide Complimentary Breakfast.
