I booked a hotel at Mountain Quail, Morni Hills, Panchkula, Haryana through yatra.com on 29 March'2022 for the stay on 14 and 15th of April'2022. Upon reaching at the hotel for check-in on 14th April'2022, we were surprised to know that the hotel was not actually booked and the hotel staff was very rude saying that your hotel is not booked and we don't have any available rooms to offer you. After requesting that I am with family(wife and two kids) he offered me a room but he charged 100% for that. When I called Yatra customer care, I got an auto generated email saying, due to nationwide lock down we can't accept the calls and so write an email to us at [protected]@yatra.com. I wrote almost 4-5 emails but there is no proper response from them and I was totally helpless.
Finally, I had made double payment for the stay and me and my family was in deep trouble due to that.
So, I request you to pls help me to get my money refunded- Rs. 5581 for the invalid booking done by yatra.com at the ealiest and take strict action against Yatra.com
