[Resolved] Yatra.com — leh package booked and cancelled without | |||
he customer care (suvindha kanojia) executive had taken advance of Rs.15000 each for 2 couples for leh holiday package. ref 1032916/20 today they called me saying me to shift the dates according to them and asking us to change the dates as per their convenience. Without giving us the reference number they said ur holiday package is cancelled due to non payment. What does it mean by taking advance.. The customer care stopped picking up my call.. a new person jaint verma(not his real name as he took 5 min to say his name) employee id: 3218 email id: called me saying adjust and shift the dates of 4 people which i cannot.. than he told me to go to kashmir.. he doesnt even know how to talk to customer.. customer wants to go to leh and he is sending them to kashmir.. i have already booked ticket on 24th and 1st according to the time and taken leave solve my issue by today call me with the solution @[protected] i cant change my date ur excutive is talking to me for more than 1hr without any solution only begging saying sorry which i cannot accept Chat Conversation End now they are saying pay 7500 per person Was this information helpful? | |||
