[Resolved] Yatra.com — Money deduct but I get no ticket

Hello Yatra Team,
Yesterday I booked four rail tickets total costing 1505.36INR and i paid through UPI. My money was deducted instantly but there was no booking for me. very disappointing experience faced on my first booking from Yatra. Please resolve this today. Either refund my money today or give me my confirmed booking as I booked. Because very few seats left I have to book again. If I don't get my refund or my ticket by today and seats gone for my date, who will be responsible. I have attached the payment prood below.
Hope Yatra team will look into it and help me and resolve this .

Updated by Abhik majumder as i said there was no booking for me in the yatra app. But from last 2days there is a cancelled booking showing with id[protected]. You guys have advise me on Messenger that the refund has been processed from your side. But it's been five days i did't receive my money. Whenever I ask for my refund an auto generated email I receive to keep patience till you go through my problem.
