Dear Yatra.com, Please refer to my telecon with your call center at 1700 hrs today, the 03 Dec 14. Refund No, as provided by you - IG00CBDAC9 / ASBT[protected] against my booking ref No.[protected]. Till todate refund of Rs. 921/- (as claimed by Yatra) has not been credited to my bank account. My bank details are as under;- State Bank of Travancore (SBT) Kochi Br. IFSC: SBTR0000140 Name: Ramesan T K A/C No. [protected] Please verify at your end and do the needful at the earliest, as much efforts&time are being put in my me, for mutiple breach of trust by Yatra.com (non-delivery of both, service & subsequent refund of paid amount). May contact in my mobile No.[protected] for further queries, if any. It is intimated that I am working with SBT in the capacity of Cash Teller, hence you may approve the veracity of my claim of not crediting to the account. Expecting a reply/call at the earliest, Ramesan T K Kochi Note: My booking was for my Guest, Mr Shyju, hence you may check whether refund order was processed in Mr.Shyju's name.
