Till todate refund of Rs. 921/- (as claimed by Yatra) has not been credited to my bank account. My bank details are as under;- State Bank of Travancore (SBT) Kochi Br. IFSC: SBTR0000140 Name: Ramesan T K A/C No. [protected] Please verify at your end and do the needful at the earliest, as much efforts&time are being put in my me, for mutiple breach of trust by Yatra.com (non-delivery of both, service & subsequent refund of paid amount). It is intimated that I am working with SBT in the capacity of Cash Teller, hence you may approve the veracity of my claim of not crediting to the account.
