Not able to file TDR and want refund

I have booked the train ticket from www.yatra.com booked ticket was confirmed and after chart prepared i was unable to travel . So i want to cancel the ticket but unable to process that because of chart prepared. Then i have option to file the TDR but it was also failed to file the TDR from Yatra App.
Required refund of the train ticket due to unable to file the TDR from there app.
