While booking flight on30sep16Lucknow to Delhi, transaction Rs 3754 settled through pg support bildesk for Yatra dot com But flight not booked due to link failure However Yatra dot com not making refund till date Transaction ref no confirmed by bill desk is as under

my email id which is as under

Bildesk has confirmed the payment
given to Yatra.com.The copy of mail from bildesk has been also mailed
additionally, all particulars with U.
There is no reason to delay the refund
of Rs.3754/-plus interest if delayed
more& more with no genuine reason.
Pl.expedite.
