[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Refund for bookings on wrong dates.

My booking reference no. is S876265. I have poor experience with Yatra.com of communication, commitments, irresponsible behavior. I got my itinerary for travel between 17th june 2014 to 22nd june 2014. Mr. Manoj kumar who was supposed to book hotels, taxi, flight for me had never assisted me. I assisted Mr. Manojkumar to book my hotels. Mr. Danish, Ms. Ruchika have my emails which are self explanatory for this. I contacted desired hotels in Dalhausie to know availability for my dates and passed on information to Mr. Manoj kumar. And Mr. Manoj kumar has declined availability of these hotels before. irrespective of this and my continuous follow up with him he did not book my hotel for next 4 days. Later Mr. Danish booked them for me. Even after this as per my itinerary i wanted hotel in Khajjiar on 20th june. and Mr. Manojkumar booked it for 21st june. So i had to search for the good hotel in khajjiar in this peak season weekend. It cost me for 3 hrs of my holiday, several calls to at least 20-25 hotels in Dalhausie and khajjiar. Finally i had to stay in a very low grade lodge with my family. During these 3-4 hours Yatra executive hardly called me once and that too saying "Please search for a hotel at your end and we will refund you". Even in This Peak season of the year, yatra people expecting me to search for hotel and that to which can fit for their budget of 3000 incl. dinner and breakfast for "spot booking". I spent my 4400/- cash just for poor lodge (Which was not part of my tour budget. Due to which later i run short of cash). I spent 1075/- for my dinner and breakfast. (Which was not part of my tour budget. Due to which later i run short of cash). It spoiled my family holidays. After all this Ms. Ruchika from Yatra called me saying, they can not refund me more than 3000/- Yatra people should understand that i had to go through all this because of their mistake and they should refund me with all my actual direct expenses and also indirect expenses like un-necessary phone calls in Roaming. Joke of my travel experience with yatra. "Emergency contact nos. are switched off" (in the afternoon). I want Yatra people to make note of my grievance and refund me with my Actual direct & indirect expenses and extra compensation for the harassment. expecting a professional feedback from you. Its been 6 days since you asked for some more time to investigate. I received call from Mr. Dipak / Mr. Dilip 2 times.
He verbally committed to refund my actual direct & indirect expenses and also about compensation for the harassment.

But yet to receive his email and details as he said. its been almost 10 days after i wrote to you about my complaint and still no confirm feedback from you on email.

You do not have my bank details so i wonder how you have processed refund and how it will reflect within 5-7 working days.
Mr. Dilip / Mr. Dipak has also committed over phone to give Discount voucher for next tour as a compensation. No one is communicating for last 8-10 days. I demand name & direct contact nos. of concern persons who are looking after this issue.
