[Resolved] Yatra.com — Unable to get our refund | |||
Hello, myself sohan sharma, on behalf of my friend joy chatterjee, i want to lodge a complain for ' yatra.Com ' for their delay on getting our refund, that was cancelled after the payment was done. The cancellation details for booking reference number are ' [protected] '. After cancellation we get a mail but they did not mention, how much amount they will refund to us for our cancellation. Even they did not mention when will they refund us. So please look into this matter and put this complain on high priority so that we can get our fund back as soon as possible.
