[Resolved] Yatra.com — Unconfirmed booking | |||||
As I was booking my tickets from Dubai to Kolkata yesterday night, I'd seen an Air India flight priced approx 16K. On having proceeded to pay, the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket status was UNCONFIRMED. The message displayed was that I'd be receiving my eticket within 10 hours. As I didn't receive my eticket I called up the customer support and was told to book the flight at the new rate. Hence I was made to pay the fare difference of extra 8K as I had an urgent need to travel back home. There was no intiative or compensation from the portal. Thoroughly disappointed. SHALL NEVER USE YATRA FOR FURTHER BOOKINGS AS I WAS MADE TO APY EXTRA FOR A FAULT THAT WAS THEIRS! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have a similar issue going on with Yatra. Booked a ticket from BLR to LAS Vegas. SMS shows booking confirmed. bit when using the reference ID. Status shows unconfirmed. They have no phone support for international flights (weird) and email support doesn't respond. I have an important business meeting to attend and I might miss it because of this issue.

While booking a flight from BBI -BLR for 15th June 2023 the amount got deducted, ticket number is showing unconfirmed and PNR is not generated. While trying to call the provided customer support number in the email[protected], it giving automated response and nobody is picking up.
It is an important booking and from yesterday it is not confirmed. Sent email to Yatra support got automated response and no resolution yet.
