I have book a flight BOM to LHR and the details were changed automatically. I haven’t been able to reach customer service and I’ve incurred a loss of 40k rs. The baggage allowance option was also not available and therefore there’s 0 baggage mentioned. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I booked for 28th jan and it’s showing 28th April now. I haven’t been able to reach customer service and I’ve incurred a loss of 40k rs. The baggage allowance option was also not available and therefore there’s 0 baggage mentioned. And the booking isn’t showing on the virgin Atlantic site as well. Please resolve it and send me my refund!!! I had to book another flight with the price as twice as this was since it was an urgent matter. I do not know how to avail the refund.

As we checked and found that against Yatra booking no. 2001220013998 the booking stand canceled and the refund of INR (36414.01) and INR (786.99) was processed from our end on 20th Jan 2022 and on 21 JAN 2022 in the same mode of payment. Further, your bank may takes 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. Regards, Yatra Care
