[Resolved] Yatra.com — YA:31209631' Amount is debited but ticket not received

I have made the payment through ICICI online banking today (25th Apr'22) around 00.05 AM of amount 4169 INR for Hyderabad to Mysore flight (for 1May'22). Below is the transaction id for the same "BIL/ONL/[protected]/yatra onli/wwwyatra". But ticket not received.
And Yatra.com has closed my online complain "YA:31209631" stating that the Yatra.com not received the payment. This is a problem with Yatra.com system the ICICI bank has successfully completed the transaction and amount has debited from my account however Yatar.com have not acknowledged. As a customer i need run from post to pillar to resolve this issue. Yatra.com should own the responsibility and resolve the issue.
