I am still waiting for your response in this regards. Why Am I still not getting my full refund?

Today I have received mail from Yatra.com stating that instead of Rs.17801 only 13646.00 is being processed for refund by Air India.
Why my entire refund is not being processed? Where is my remaining Rs.4155 as the cancellation receipt clearly says that the "PNR WAS ENTIRELY CANCELLED"

I have clearly highlighted the "PNR WAS ENTIRELY CANCELLED" line from the cancellation receipt

As per information given by airlines, you have travelled on GOI-BLR sector and for BLR-AGX sector, flight got canceled. We have processed the refund of INR 13646 for BLR-AGX sector only. Since the transaction was done through Net Banking, it generally takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Hence, you are requested to wait till that time and cross check the status of refund from the concerned bank after the completion of this period. For any further clarification, we would request you to contact the airlines directly.

Sir iam now in Manali, HP I came via yatra and now sir there is a strike and if I call them there is no response pls pls pls resolve it sir I stay for 40hrs more here.iam just stuck up here
