[Resolved] Yatra Online — Cancellation-order no:[protected], | |||
Order NO:[protected], Yatra online is not having a clear cancellation policy. Apart from that, they are not having right process to capture service requests. If you call their customer care, you wont get a service request reference number. All the issues are through voice based. And they request customers to front end with hotels for cancellation. In my case, they only requested to speak to hotel about cancellation. I had spoken to person from hotel, whose mobile number was shared by Yatra. Yatra customer care told me, they will come back with reply by next day. But, they didnt come back, I had to followup from my self and in return, I get questioned and harassed by their customer executive. They simple dropped an email, that they spoke to some person from hotel, who didnt agree for cancellation. This looked absurd for me, after having chat with customer care, as if an albeit from these guys. Please be away from online travel agents like these, who allow customers to front end with hotels. Please make sure you pay to hotels directly rather that paying to these travel agents even if it cost some extra money. Was this information helpful? | |||
