I booked an international package to New Zealand with Mr Deepak Anand on 15 jan 2016 by paying booking amount of Rs 10000. i was being assured by him that if i plan to cancel my booking well in advance I will be given full refund of money. on 17 Jan i sent him a mail to cancel my booking and it was being acknowledged saying that it will be processed in 7-10 days. its been 15 days now and I am still fighting for refund. Everytime I mail them they just have a standard line that it will be processed soon. they have still not shared the ARN nos
