Sir/Madam, Yatra Booking Reference Number - [protected] The resort rangerwood natural castle, thekkady is telling that they have not received the payment from yatra, so I cannot allowed to stay in the rangerwood natural castle from 26 Dec to 27 th Dec. The response and service from the resort is very very poor and they are telling to pay again the rent if I have to stay in the above mentioned date. The manager of the resort is treating us like anything in a very worst manner. I have booked in the resort from Dec 25 to Dec 26 th separately and that stay was confirmed by the resort.
