I booked 3 domestic flights for a round trip (Booking reference no.[protected] amounting to more than Rs.27k at 17:22 hrs today. The transaction was successful, and the money was deducted from my account however, the booking is still UNCONFIRMED with no PNR number generated. I immediately contacted Yatra customer care, where I was told that it is a matter of technical glitch from the side of the airlines and that the case will be forwarded to the airline by Yatra's team itself. My issue was promised to be redressed within three hours. Neither has the issue been resolved nor is Yatra's customer care reachable, I have received no confirmation of the tickets or any refund.
I want the confirmed ticket or full refund today itself. The ticket fares will increase if I wait till tomorrow. Also other related tickets for that trip have been booked.
This is also a case of duping the customer on the part of the customer service that promised to contact me within 3 hours.
