Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount debited from Account but refund not issued since 20 days | |||
I have made a transaction of Rs. 11, 461 with Yatra.com on December 4th for Hotel booking but the booking was not successful and the amount was debited from account. I have received the confirmation from Yatra that they have my money and will process the refund. However, yet the refund is not processed and it have already been 11 days since yatra confirmed me about the refund of the money to my bank account.
