Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount deducted but booking not confirmed and refund not processed

I booked a ticket today, the amount got deeucted but the booking is not confirmed. I received a messgase that response was not received hence the payment will be reversed but I have not received the amount yet. I want the amount so that I can rebook the ticket. My reference number is[protected]
