[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount Deducted but Bus ticket not received

I tried to book train ticket (Ambaji to Surat) from Yatra mobile application on 30th march 2022, after doing payment successful of Rs 5358 through google pay, I did not received my tickets.

Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking

I have checked the issue in google pay, it says that money was credited to yatra.com from my account.

As checked with the given email id, there is no booking confirmed. Further, we have forwarded the request to check the payment status and will get back to you with an update on the same communication thread within 48-72 working hours. Please note if the amount is charged to us the same will be refunded from our end. We appreciate your patience in this.
