Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount deducted from the bank but yatra saying transaction declined from the bank

I booked flight from yatra.com on 11 August 2023. Payment has been deducted from my bank of rup 6750 and yatra portal was showing message that " transaction declined by the bank".
I have called my bank and they said that Payment has been credited to the merchant's account.
I have sent many mails to yatra for the same but they didn't bothered to provide me the solution.
