Post filling the online Yatra Form for hotel booking, amount got deducted from bank account but hotel booking failed as reported by yatra online.
Suprised to see that post failure of booking there is no email or SMS stating that booking failed and that amount will be refunded in X days.
Also in booking section of the app or online portal there is no record of a failed transaction and that refund is in process.
Post which I tried to connect to "Contact Us" section in portal to which a bot was replying with already predefined messages and no communication for my failed transaction. there was a feedback option in which i mentioned this details to which i got a response that yatra will get back to your mail id in sometime for which i am still waiting.
Please attend the issue ASAP and share timeline for refund of the deducted amount.
