Refund against booking ref no:[protected] was approved for more than a month. But the refund was never processed. Every time I reach out to customer care I am told it will take another 48-72 hours. I am done using Yatra after this experience. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hey, where is the refund? Isn't it 2-3 working days already? Is this a joke or blatant fraud? I am taking this to court.
