I had booked a roundtrip flight from Hyd to Udaipur through Yatra. My money got deducted and I received an alert saying payment successful but booking not confirmed. It asked me to wait for 30mins and someone from Yatra was supposed to call me to resolve. Its been 24hrs, no one contacted me. I am left hanging with unconfirmed tickets that too when there are limited seats in the flight I booked. My PNR shown is 0000. There is not customer care number to contact. Oct 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund received from Yatra. Just a suggestion for future please add call option in yatra customer care. I lost my seat in the direct flight now. I have to spend extra now and that too for a layover flight. Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We regret the inconvenience caused, as checked and found that the booking was not confirmed from the airline end, hence the full amount of INR 25394/-was refunded from our end in the same mode of payment, kindly note Yatra takes 24-48 hours to process the refund. Further, private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account. Regards Yatra Care

I booked my flight ticket from Jorhat to pune fon 5th of November 22 but I didn’t received any confirmation message or e-ticket from Yatra and my money got deducted from my bank account.. This is really a bad experience for me from yatra.
