[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Booked flight ticket under yatra cancellation protection policy but no insurance policy for claim

I have booked flight ticket with yatra cancellation protection policy.
Not able to claim refund as no liberty insurance policy number given. No customer support also.
Kindly give insurance details as soon as possible, so I can claim within given time period
