[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Bus service | |||||
This has reference to reservation of bus ticket made on aug 10, 2016 with booking reference: [protected], pnr: 47024492 and fare: rs 799, boarding from kaushambi metro station to bareilly on date aug 12, 2016 at 23:00 hours. Please be noted that i reached the boarding point at around 22:15 hours. I could not find my bus, i tried calling the contact nos. Given on ticket but there was no response. I tried at least 15 times. Ultimately, my call was received and they gave me another no. I called the second no. And one more contact no. Was given to me. I called that no. And i was told that the bus had already departed at 21:30 hours. He gave me an option to travel in non-ac bus which i rejected. He said there is no other bus. I kept waiting there. He then arranged my seat in an ac bus with pathetic condition. There was no leg space and i could not even sit straight because of the ceiling above me for sleeper which was broken and falling on my head. I had to sit there in miserable condition for 8 hours. I inquired for the fare of seat and i was told that it was rs. 360. I asked for refund of money which he denied saying that you can get down from the bus. I feel very much cheated and i want a refund for my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
