I tried to book a bus ticket on Yatra and when I made the payment the cash was debited from my ICICI account but ticket was not booked and received a message stating payment not received. Tried to contact Yatra regarding the same but no use. Only keep getting bot messages which makes no sense, ?? Is this how you treat your customers?? I have transaction summary and text received after account was debited. I see so many similar complaints. Where is my solution...
