[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — convenience fee | |
I have booked an airline tickets using yatra.com (Booking id[protected]. The airline was spice jet. I have received a mail from spice jet that the flight got cancelled due to covid-19. Afterwards i have spken with spice jet agent over phone and they have agreed to make full refund of money. The same message i forwarded to yatra.com. But yatra had refunded the money after deducting convenience fee of rs 1200. I am not getting any logic why convenience fee is deducted because i have not cancelled the flight. Its done by airline by themselves and they have fully refunded to yatra.com. Was this information helpful? | |
