I sent at least 5 to 6 email from Dec month but till now I haven't received any response. This is regarding my reference number[protected]. Email string with Yatra customer care has subject line as YA:26992681. Can you confirm what is the status of tickets as flights are still not normal. What would be my options for the same. Thanks. We would like to inform you that we have filed a refund claim for your booking with the airline under the refund application number (RA number) [protected] and [protected]. Your refund application status is pending with the Airline and shall take between 45-60 working days to process the refund. Once we have received the refund from the airline, we will further process the refund in your original mode of payment. You will receive an email and SMS regarding your refund details once the refund is initiated from us. Disclaimer: Refund is subject to airline's approval as per terms and conditions. Please dont resolve the complaint until resolved. Can someone please update status on refund. Its been more than 5 months and I havent seen refund in m account.
