[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Did not receive a policy document for my flight cancellation protection

My booking was done on 18th of December, under Jacqueline Chochoi I added the flight cancellation protection charges in my purchase but unfortunately did not receive any policy document. The document is required for me to claim the insurance.
My booking id is [[protected]]. I would like the document so that I can initiate the insurance as soon as possible.
