I usually use goibibo and Paytm for booking tickets. I am a new user of Yatra.com & booked 1st time a ticket from Yatra... Mumbai to Chennai. PNR no. of it is H8PBYD for which I have applied promo code FLIGHT which was applied successfully.. And I have to make a payment of Rs. 2992. But from my account Rs. 3492 was deducted.. I request you to refund Rs.500 in my bank account as promo code was applied successfully otherwise I will not be a customer of Yatra any more.. and will make a complaint against the same in consumer forum.
