We regret the inconvenience caused. As checked and found that under Yatra booking number[protected] the refund of INR 12488.00 was processed from our end on 13 OCT 2020 in your same mode of payment. Please note as it is a 180 days old transaction. Hence we have raised the request to the respective bank for the refund process. Request you to kindly wait for 15-20 working days.
