[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Flight tickets booking not confirmed but amount got debited | |||||
I tried to book an air ticket ( BBI - ATQ) from yatra.com on 12th Nov, 2020, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my account. I have already mailed them all the details as per their requirement, many times in [protected]@yatra.com email ID and also tweeted in yatra.com official twitter account, but haven't got any reply from yatra.com till now. They have also confirmed that due to some technical error my booking was not confirmed. I have attached screenshot of my transaction & confirmation from yatra.com. I request a refund at the earliest, as I am facing a serious financial problem due to the economic consequences of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 15, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Money refunded. But I had face many problem regarding refund and Yatra customer care service is pathetic. Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. With reference to your mail dated Nov 30, 2020, 3:56 PM from [protected]@yatra.com.
I would like to inform you that my payment mode of booking was Net Banking, which I have already mentioned in my previous mail. But as per your trailing mail payment mode is Debit card.
And also, I am unable to understand the booking information given by you in your mail; i.e. (Booked by : - Ruchi Awasthi, Booking Date:- 30 Nov 2020 14:42) As, I booked tickets on 12.11.2020 by myself through Yatra mobile App.
Kindly find the attached file of your mail.
Please clarify the above mentioned doubt.
