Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — forcing us to accept refund as um in yatra wallet

Hi my refund was completed by the airline side to the yatra and now i got email that my refund will be added as a um in my yatra account but i did not request for it i asked for the refund back to my bank payment i have done my transaction through and the yatra is making by itself and foecing me to accept um that is unacceptable for me and i will not accept that beacause it is against my will. Please i request to make my refund back to my bank as airline did because airline confirmed me they have completed full refund from their side to yatra and now yatra will send you the refund amount to you bank account through which payment had been done..
