[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Hotel booking issue

I booked hotel at Begusarai in hotel Prakash but when I reached at Hotel Prakash I came to know that that Hotel do not have any facility for online booking and i Paid more than 2000 rupees for 2 days from 29th September to 1 October and I am trying to reach Yatra but I am not getting any response as the number is saying invalid

Updated by Amit510@ Thanks for that, but it's not only about the money, inconvenience is far beyond it, many like me rely on on yatra booking, just refund can't match the tension and stress faced by anyone like me.
