Hello, i booked three tickets from delhi to pune on Sun, Sep 20, 2020 at 12:51 PM, amount has been deducted but i did not get any confirmation. After that we try to contact with customer care of Yatra.com but number was not contactable. Many times i sent email to them but still have not received any information. Where is my money, i want refund it back. Please help me, otherwise i am going to court. Same case with me. Yatra told that they processed refund of rs. 122573.01 on 21.10.2020 for Yatra booking ref number[protected] on paper but not debited refund amount from their bank account. They play game wisely. Yatra already mentioned in their refund email for contacting bank, what a pre planned game by Yatra. Not received refund yet in my credit card.
