[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Incorrect bill, service not provided when I paid for it | |||
I booked a ticket from Delhi cochin return flight from Yatra.com on 10th march. I selected 6 meals for my return journey on 7th April 2016 in extras and paid 100580 Rs. Yatra.com sent me confirmation email on 10th March and it showed extra 6 meals. To my surprise when I took my return flight there was only 5 meals. I called up customer support of yatra.com and they kept saying that I only paid for 5 meals, they even sent me a new bill on 7th April which shows total bill amount of 100400 Rs. What they charged me on 10th March was 100580 Rs. How can they even disregard bank transaction and their confirmation email sent on 10th March. My child could not get the request meal because they messed up my booking even after charging for the service they didn't provide it.
