[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — International flight Refund Not processed | |
My air tickets to Dubai were cancelled by the airline itself, and they have spoken to me and said I will recieve a 100% refund. I had booked it through Yatra website, and when i go to claim my refund, it still says that 18000₹ will be airline cancellation charges. Tried contacting Yatra through calls and emails both MULTIPLE times but have received no resolution. Please please help. Was this information helpful? | |
Feb 3, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I FINALLY found a customer care number, and spoke to the executive who guided me step by step for the refund process. Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
