I was booking a ticket as a guest (without logging in) and my money got debited but there was no ticket and confirmation. Since mine is a guest booking, there was no way to check the status and even the chat service wasn't working. My money is debited and taken by yatra, that is confirmed from my transactions. The platform doesn't have a customer service system that is helpful and no call centre, i e-mailed [protected]@yatra.in. kindly resolve this immediately.
