[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Money deducted but hotel not booked

Hi. I tried booking a hotel via yatra and used UPI payment method for RS. 12472 on 1/23. The money got deducted but hotel didn’t get booked. I am sharing my UPI confirmation screenshot. Indian bank has successfully sent the money to Yatra. Please help in issuing a refund. This is very urgent.
