Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Money deducted but tickets not confirmed

Hi! I have booked a flight for two individuals for the 14th November’22 but inspite of getting a valid transaction ( attached image) I have not been able to find any sort of confirmation in my mail or messages even after 4 days. Please try to resolve/ refund the issue or let me know so I can book another in time!
