Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Money deducted without booking flight

Been trying to book a flight for date 12th-April-23, my money got deducted but there is no confirmation of tickets getting booked.
and site is seeing like the following message:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused during your payment attempt(s).

Please find below the transaction details for Booking ID[protected]

1.Your first attempt for the payment of Rs. 13, 116 done at 06/12/2022, 13:53 hrs was successful, but unfortunately we couldn't book your ticket(s). Please wait for a while and someone from customer support team will get in touch with you.
