Dear Sir, First thing, on your site, chek in time is not mentioned correctly at the front before booking and secondly I required to book another hotel there and my room also I didnt get from the already booked hotel only with the reason of chek in time is few hours later ; they told no rooms available. SO this booking can be told as a FRAUD. Please return my money back. This is a harassment of consumer who is using yatra.com. I expect, money back as I have not used the facility for which I paid ... as well as I expect call back from you earlist.
